It comes with duracell batteries (leak prone…) . Replace with lithium batteries asap or you WILL be sorry.

Did you ever have a a battery leak in a device? Yeah me too… SUCKS!
So every device gets a new battery every year. Or I just leave the batteries uninstalled from the device. (That is the best way…)
I also switched to lithium ion batteries. They seem like they are a lot less leak prone, they last a lot longer, and work way better in the cold. But they are not leak proof!
Get this stuff as well: NCP-2 battery corrosion preventative (brush on)
