Our Fitness Standards. (Good for ALL PATRIOTS.)

Goal.

Ranger PFT Recommended Scores
Push-ups in 2:00min.  80
Sit-ups in 2:00min.  80
Pull-ups 12
Two-mile run Sub 13:00min.
5 Mile run 35:00min.
16-mile hike w/65lb pack 4-5 hours
15-meter swim with gear Pass/Fail

The above is a high standard for sure.

Not all will achieve the above, and that is fine. Some will exceed the above and that is fine. (OUTSTANDING!)

Make it a point to get fit.

The point of emphasis is for all Patriots to train regularly with a goal in mind.

If you have not started a fitness program, YOU NEED TO. (Of course, make sure you are medically cleared to do so first…)

PEOPLE OF STRONG MIND & BODY ARE HARDER TO KILL.
